YOU CAN ALSO IMPROVE THESE CONDITIONS WITH THE SAME ACTION PLAN
well-thee now, My 7 step action plan for optimal health
Starting low carbohydrate diet and continuous glucose monitor
We specifically look at carbohydrates and how excessive intake leads to chronic hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance, the precursor for most lifestyle diseases. You will be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to implement your own low-carbohydrate diet and will track your progress using a continuous glucose monitor (cgm) and will get valuable real time feedback. Check out my cgm blog to learn more about the cgm.
Reintroducing carbs
Learn the ideal way to reintroduce carbs without worsening underlying metabolic health. You will learn how, how much, when and which carb to reintroduce. Your continuous glucose monitor will be incredibly valuable during this leg of your journey
Optimizing body composition
As you are loosing weight, it's important to prioritize visceral fat loss and preserve muscle loss. You will receive 21 baseline body measurements using a 3D body scanner to assess health risk. We will also set goals to lower risk of heart disease, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
Mindful eating
We will explore various triggers, events and places that make you want to eat. Excessive, mindless eating has a direct impact on our physical and emotional health. We will help you understand how you can use hunger and fullness cues to promote mindful eating and help you design and strategize a non-food action plan during those vulnerable times when you are drawn to food outside of true hunger.
Optimizing muscle mass and muscle function
Your muscle is the most efficient drainage system for your blood glucose. For someone with Prediabetes, optimizing structural and functional component of muscle is very important. You will get a baseline and follow-up assessment of your body composition over 12 weeks.
Optimizing sleep
Sleep is the Swiss Army Knife of health! Whatever ailment you face, it’s more than likely that restorative sleep can help fix it. Welcome to Sleep 101! Learn everything about sleep and how you can access your own “restorative sleep”.

TESTIMONIAL
I, like many people these days, have been struggling with weight loss my entire life. I never felt good about the way I looked. I have tried countless diets and exercise routines. Vegetarian, vegan, Adkins, south beach, juicing, pescatarian, eating 8 times a day. I did running, walking, weight lifting , cycling but still nothing was sustainable. I yo-yo’d in weight for my entire adult life. With the stress of work, kids and family. my health was declining. By the time I turned 40, I was the heaviest I had ever been. My BMI was above 30. I had hard to control acid reflux, back pain, right hip pain. I was diagnosed with elevated triglycerides. Dr. Paul changed my life. She was a game changer. My approach and outlook to food has completely changed. Not only do I feel better, have more energy, sleeping better and have more time on my hands, but I lost 20 pounds in 5 months! I am down a pant and a shirt sizes. I had to buy a new belt. All thanks to Dr. Paul, she is amazing. Her methods are amazing. I can not recommend her and her program more.

I love Dr Paul. The light went on when I attended her class. She explains it so well. I am down 45 pounds in 10 weeks. Listen and follow her advice. I now have this under control and will continue until I reach my desired goal weight. Thank you Dr Paul.
SJ, age 48
I participated in Dr. Paul’s program mainly to understand and control my chronic inflammation. Dr. Paul balanced her program with a right mix of theory and its practical implications/manifestations so that even someone without a medical background such as me could understand different foods and their importance or negative effects on my body. I began feeling and noticing results from the very first week. By the end of the program, I had all the tools I needed to continue this on my own. I am very happy to state that this program literally transformed my life for the better. Dr. Paul truly embodies and lives this quote that she has in her office - “The best way to ‘treat’ a patient is so that they can prevent treatment in the first place”.
Thank you
RA, age 42
A few months ago, I had been told by my doctor that I had 4 weeks to show definite effort in bringing down my cholesterol and triglycerides. That meant rigorous exercise and diet or else I would be prescribed medication as I had bad levels for many years now. Being averse to both the solutions, I was not looking forward to the next few weeks. Dr B. Paul’s online class was a blessing at the right time! Her explanation was very simple and with her encouragement and hand-holding, the diet was easy to follow. In 3 weeks, my cholesterol and triglycerides were normal! It was amazing as I had never seen such levels in over 10 years! I’m sticking to the diet as I feel better all the time. I can’t be grateful enough for her solution and stay off medication.
